The owners have lived in the original 1912 Craftsman bungalow for over a decade and wanted to preserve its heritage façade while integrating modern architecture and Passive House standards. White-oiled fir and corian make for the minimalist warmth of the home. Designed in collaboration with MGA Architecture.
